- A replacement can be issued for a fee.
- If you forget to bring your personal annual travelcard, you can show it at the ticket counter within 10 days and pay just CHF 5 instead of the full ticket inspection surcharge.
Notes
City zones
For the cities of Zurich (Zone 110) and Winterthur (Zone 120) a travelcard with 1–2 zones must be purchased.
A-Welle zones
In the A-Welle–ZVV corridor, only designated parts of the A-Welle fare network are integrated into the Z-Pass. Therefore, Z-Pass ALL ZONES tickets do not include the entire territory of the underlying A-Welle fare network. Please note the valid areas on the Z-Pass zone maps.
